The French World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Research and Training in Mental Health (WHOCC Lille, France) has published his annual report for 2016. Let us call back that WHO has redesignated the Centre for a period of four years (2014-2018). Four Terms of References have been defined. This document is thus constructed in four chapters.
